“Happy Hips: A Virtual Workshop” focuses on the anatomy of hips and the different poses which could stretch and strengthen all of the muscles around the hips. Our hectic daily routines and long hours sitting in offices take a toll on our hips. Hence Adriana has come up with her result-driven and easy-to-follow online course to help people release their everyday stresses. With “Happy Hips,” Adriana helps people identify unprocessed emotions and then work on them. Her classes and virtual workshops help people learn which emotions are stored in which muscle. She helps people deal with the emotional scar they might be holding on to. Her explorative anatomy workshops will help you to understand your body and empower your muscles to release emotional baggage. 

Adriana’s ever-growing popularity as a yoga instructor and her acknowledgment as a content creator motivate her to strive for more. She has planned to grow her online classes and yoga teacher training programs in the coming year. Being a co-owner of Solstice Yoga, Adriana has been working on several courses to help her students in the best possible way. The company has successfully launched 300 Hour Yoga Teach Training Program and are working to grow this program and 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Showcasing her passion and talent as a writer, she launched her first book, “Yoga for Flexibility,” this year, which was a success. Taking one step ahead, Adriana plans to write her second book in the coming year. She has brilliantly managed everything, including her yoga classes, content creation, and writing.
